Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and yallacome ("we", "us"). yallacome is an app that helps a group of friends plan games, rides and outings, see who is coming, and split shared costs fairly. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use yallacome.
You must be 18 or older
yallacome is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app. The app lets people share their live location with each other and record money owed between friends, so it is not designed or intended for children or teenagers. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Do not share your account with anyone else, and do not create an account for another person without their permission.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
Groups, events and invitations
yallacome works in private groups. Only a group owner or admin can add members or share a group join link. Members can share a link to a single event so a friend can RSVP. Anything you post — an event, an RSVP, a photo, an expense — is visible to the other people in that group. Only invite people you trust, and only post content you are happy for the whole group to see.
Money: we record, we never hold or move it
yallacome helps you record who paid and who owes what. It is a shared notebook, not a payment service.
- We never hold, transfer, collect or refund money. All payments happen directly between you and your friends, outside the app, by cash or bank transfer.
- Marking a payment as settled in the app is a record that you and the other person agree the debt is cleared. It does not move any money.
- Amounts, splits and currency conversions are only as correct as the figures you enter. Check them yourself. Any dispute about money is between you and the other members of your group.
- yallacome charges no fees and takes no commission.
Live location sharing
The "On the way" map is always opt in. Your location is only shared after you turn the switch on yourself, and only with the people who said they are going to that event. You can turn it off at any time, and sharing stops when you close the screen. Your device may also ask for its own location permission, which you can refuse.
The map shows approximate positions from your device. Do not rely on it for navigation, safety or emergencies, and never use your phone while driving.
Acceptable use
When you use yallacome you agree not to:
- break any law, or use the app to harass, threaten or stalk anyone;
- post content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or that you do not have the right to share;
- upload photos of other people without their agreement, or share another person's location or contact details without their agreement;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the app, or get access to data that is not yours;
- use the app to sell things, advertise, or send spam.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to store, copy and display your content for the single purpose of running the app for you and your group. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to show ads.
The service is provided "as is"
yallacome is offered free of charge and without any warranty. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or that reminders, emails and map positions will always arrive on time or be accurate. Features may change or be removed.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or dispute that comes from your use of the app — including missed events, late or missing reminders, wrong amounts, disagreements about money, or anything that happens at an event you organised or attended. You use yallacome at your own risk, and you remain responsible for your own arrangements with your friends.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Note that you cannot leave a group while money is still owed to or by you, so settle up first. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using yallacome after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
