yallacome is a simple app for a group of friends to plan padel, pickleball, badminton, bike rides, dinners and other outings, see who's in, share photos from the day, and split the cost fairly — without spreadsheets or chasing anyone for money.

Not at all. You can post padel, pickleball and badminton games, bike or road rides (with a meeting point and roll-off time), dinners, meetups, trips, or any game — and split the cost of any of them the same way.

No. Open any past plan — a cancelled one too — and tap Duplicate. The court or meeting point, the time of day, how long it runs, the title and the description all carry over; only the date is left blank, and a chip — "Next Thu · 5 Nov" — fills it in with one tap, leaving you one more tap to post. You can also start from a blank form and tap "Copy an earlier event" to pick from your group's recent plans.

Yes, and you do not have to create an event for it. On any group, open the Meet up now card, tap Start live location, and pick 1, 2, 4 or 6 hours — or type your own, up to 12. Every member who switches theirs on appears on one map until the time runs out. Only that group's members can see it, no phone numbers are needed, sharing is off until each person switches it on, and anyone can watch without sharing a thing. The window closes by itself, and there is one per group: if somebody already opened one, you join theirs. It runs in your browser, so keep the map screen open while you are sharing — leave it, and your dot drops off the map until you come back and switch it on again. Every event also has its own "On the way" map for the people going.

A WhatsApp poll tells you who's coming but not who owes what; Splitwise tracks money but not the plan. yallacome does both — the event, the live who's-in list, the shared photos, and the cost split — in one place.

Yes — a group owner or admin can import your Splitwise balances in seconds. Export the group as a CSV from Splitwise, upload it, match the names to your members, and everyone's starting balance carries over. No fresh start, no losing history.

Anyone who pays for something — the court, dinner, fuel — logs the expense (and can attach a photo of the receipt) and picks who it's split between (equally, by amount, or by percentage). Expenses can be attached to an event or just added to the group for a spontaneous hangout. yallacome keeps a running balance of who owes whom, and you settle up whenever you like.

Yes. A group owner or admin can tap Simplify debts, and yallacome rewrites the open balances as the fewest payments that clear them — if A owes B and B owes C, A just pays C. Nobody's total changes by a single fil; only who they pay does. It needs at least three people, handles one currency at a time and never converts, and it refuses to run if it cannot actually reduce anything. Worth knowing: it clears the debts between those people wherever they came from, so a balance you share with the same friends in another group can be folded in as well — everyone affected is told in the app and by email, and any member can undo it, as long as nobody has paid against the new amounts and no later simplify has already folded them in.

No fees. When you square up, the person who owes marks the amount paid — cash, bank transfer, however you like — and the person owed confirms they got it, so the balance clears. In the UAE you can switch on e& money in your profile: friends who owe you in AED then see your number and the exact amount to send you free in the e& money app. yallacome never touches the money.

Yes. About every two weeks, anyone who still has a balance of 1.00 or more open with somebody gets one email — and a matching in-app notice — listing who they owe and who owes them in each currency. Each person is emailed about their own balances; yallacome never emails your friends for you. Each 'you owe' line opens the settle screen for that person in that currency, and each 'you're owed' line opens their balance. If you're fully settled you get nothing at all. Currencies are kept separate and never converted. The link at the bottom of that email switches off just that reminder — no sign-in, just one confirm tap; invites, event reminders and settle confirmations keep coming.

Yes — every event has a shared photo gallery. Anyone in the group can post pictures from the game, ride or night out, and everyone sees them in one place. No more photos scattered across separate chats.

Yes. The whole app — and every email it sends — is fully available in Arabic, with proper right-to-left layout. Switch between English and Arabic anytime from your profile.

Yes — save your regular courts, meeting points and destinations as favourite locations, then drop them into a new event in one tap. Keep a set just for yourself, or (as a group owner or admin) share favourites with a whole group. Meeting points and destinations now show the real place name from Google Maps, both on the event and in the emails.

Yes. If you're in several crews, you can post the same event to multiple groups at once from your home page — everyone in each group is notified. And any event can be added to your Google or Apple/Outlook calendar in one tap.

No. yallacome runs in your browser and installs to your home screen like an app. Sign up with your email, or one tap with Apple or Google.

Creating an account and organizing plans is free. You only ever move the money you actually owe your friends.
