yallacome is a simple app for a group of friends to plan padel, pickleball, badminton, bike rides, dinners and other outings, see who's in, share photos from the day, and split the cost fairly — without spreadsheets or chasing anyone for money.
What kinds of plans can I post — is it just padel?
Not at all. You can post padel, pickleball and badminton games, bike or road rides (with a meeting point and roll-off time), dinners, meetups, trips, or any game — and split the cost of any of them the same way.
How is it different from Splitwise or a WhatsApp poll?
A WhatsApp poll tells you who's coming but not who owes what; Splitwise tracks money but not the plan. yallacome does both — the event, the live who's-in list, the shared photos, and the cost split — in one place.
Can I move my group over from Splitwise?
Yes — a group owner or admin can import your Splitwise balances in seconds. Export the group as a CSV from Splitwise, upload it, match the names to your members, and everyone's starting balance carries over. No fresh start, no losing history.
How does splitting the cost work?
Anyone who pays for something — the court, dinner, fuel — logs the expense (and can attach a photo of the receipt) and picks who it's split between (equally, by amount, or by percentage). Expenses can be attached to an event or just added to the group for a spontaneous hangout. yallacome keeps a running balance of who owes whom, and you settle up whenever you like.
How do we settle up — are there any fees?
No fees. When you square up, the person who owes marks the amount paid — cash, bank transfer, however you like — and the person owed confirms they got it, so the balance clears. In the UAE you can switch on e& money in your profile: friends who owe you in AED then see your number and the exact amount to send you free in the e& money app. yallacome never touches the money.
Can we share photos from the event?
Yes — every event has a shared photo gallery. Anyone in the group can post pictures from the game, ride or night out, and everyone sees them in one place. No more photos scattered across separate chats.
Is yallacome available in Arabic?
Yes. The whole app — and every email it sends — is fully available in Arabic, with proper right-to-left layout. Switch between English and Arabic anytime from your profile.
Can I save places we use often?
Yes — save your regular courts, meeting points and destinations as favourite locations, then drop them into a new event in one tap. Keep a set just for yourself, or (as a group owner or admin) share favourites with a whole group. Meeting points and destinations now show the real place name from Google Maps, both on the event and in the emails.
Can I post one plan to more than one group?
Yes. If you're in several crews, you can post the same event to multiple groups at once from your home page — everyone in each group is notified. And any event can be added to your Google or Apple/Outlook calendar in one tap.
Do I need to download an app?
No. yallacome runs in your browser and installs to your home screen like an app. Sign up with your email, or one tap with Apple or Google.
How much does it cost?
Creating an account and organizing plans is free. You only ever move the money you actually owe your friends.
