How yallacome works
yallacome turns the usual scramble — a WhatsApp poll for who's coming, a spreadsheet for the money, and someone chasing everyone to pay up — into one simple flow. Here's how a group uses it, start to finish.
1. Create your group
Sign up with your email — or one tap with Apple or Google — create a group, and add your friends by username, email, or phone number. Anyone who isn't on yallacome yet gets an invite by email plus a shareable link you can drop straight into your WhatsApp group — when they join, they land right in the group.
2. Post a plan — a game, a ride, dinner or a trip
Any member can post a plan and pick its type:
- Padel, pickleball or badminton — set the court, date and time.
- Ride — for cycling or motorbike groups: set a meeting point, a roll-off time, and the destination.
- Event / outing — dinners, meetups, trips, anything else.
- Any game — football, basketball, a board-game night, whatever your crew plays.
Add a start time and a duration, a destination link (Google Maps or Waze), and an optional description. Everyone in the group is notified by email and in-app the moment it's posted. In more than one crew? From your home page you can post the same event to several groups at once — handy when a game should reach both your padel regulars and your wider circle.
3. See who's in — no more counting thumbs-up
Each member taps I'm in or I'm out, and can change their mind anytime. yallacome shows a live, timestamped list of exactly who's coming — so you never scroll back through a chat counting reactions. Opted-in members automatically get reminders 24 hours, 6 hours and 1 hour before the start, by email and in-app, so nobody forgets.
4. Split the cost fairly
This is where yallacome replaces Splitwise. Anyone who pays for something — the court, dinner, drinks, fuel — logs it as an expense (and can attach a photo of the receipt) and chooses who it's split between: equally, by exact amount, or by percentage. More than one person can pay on the same outing (you grab the court, a friend covers dinner), and yallacome nets everything across the whole group into a single running balance of who owes whom — so you always know where you stand. An expense doesn't even need an event: for a spontaneous hangout, just add it straight to the group.
5. Share the photos
Every event has a shared photo gallery. Anyone in the group can post pictures from the game, the ride or the night out, and everyone sees them in one place — so the memories don't end up scattered across three different chat threads.
6. Settle up — with no fees
When you want to square up, the person who owes marks the amount paid (cash, bank transfer, however you like), and the person owed confirms they received it. The balance clears. No card fees and no middle-man — yallacome just keeps the ledger honest. In the UAE, switch on e& moneyin your profile and friends who owe you in AED get your number and the exact amount to send you free in the e& money app — then it's the same one-tap confirm.
Why not just a WhatsApp poll and Splitwise?
You can — and most groups do, which is exactly the problem. The poll lives in one app, the money in another, and the plan details somewhere in the scrollback. yallacome keeps the event, the who's-in list, the reminders and the cost split together, so organizing your group's next game or night out takes seconds instead of a dozen messages.
Coming from Splitwise?
You don't have to start from zero. A group owner or admin can import your Splitwise balances: in Splitwise, export the group as a spreadsheet (CSV); in yallacome open the group → Import from Splitwise, upload the file, and match each Splitwise name to a member. Everyone's starting balance carries over (and everyone gets notified), so switching takes seconds instead of re-entering months of history.
WhatsApp planning + Splitwise splitting — in one app
A WhatsApp poll plans but forgets the money; Splitwise tracks money but not the plan. yallacome does both — and the photos.
